SUMMARY
Give synopsis of the press release in one to two sentences using one or two secondary keyword. It should not exceed 240 characters.
BODY
The lead sentence should grab the reader and should reveal what is happening.The press release body should be compact and avoid using long paragraphs. Deal with factual events and focus more on 5’w’s, what, why, when, where and who.Make the content clean and visible to audience. Its character limit is 350-400 and can include one or two quotes.

Designate a person who act as press contact of the company.Many publishers will not accept the press release without contact details
